Jessica Alba sat down with Matt Lauer this morning on the Today show to promote her latest horror flick, The Eye.

"I love horror movies," she said. "I love psychological thrillers. I love the fact nobody is being mutilated. Thirteen-year-olds can go and watch this movie. It's a good, classic ghost story." But of course, the talk turned to her baby. She talked about the early months of her pregnancy, "I'm good now. I'm past the nauseous stage. It wasn't morning sickness, it was definitely all day sickness. And I was shooting a comedy [The Love Guru] at the time!" She admitted, "I’ve always loved kids and I’ve always wanted kids. It’s kind of perfect." When asked about how she feels about her body changing with pregnancy, she said, "You definitely have to go with the flow. You have to surrender. But it’s a shock to a system. Again, I’ve never been one to emphasize anything on my looks. It was just the polls, the magazines, they do it. It was never my thing. So I really don’t care!" Jessica Alba told Lauer that she wasn't sure if becoming a mother would change the roles she chooses, but she is looking to go "more indie" and seeking more "character-driven stuff." As for marriage plans with fiancé Cash Warren, Alba coyly said, "Ummm ... I've thought about it."

American actress Jessica Alba has hinted that another 'Fantastic Four' flick is on its way. The 'Dark Angel' star has said that the third instalments of the superhero franchise has been delayed due to the writers' strike "The writers' strike and the impending actors strike has kind of put a wrench in everything production wise," Contactmusic quoted her, as telling to Coming Soon. She added: "That film takes a lot of prep, a good six months of prep and about six months to shoot. With the strike, I think, maybe it's put on hold". During the interview, the 26-year-old also said that she doesn't now much about her upcoming role in 'Sin City Two'. "I haven't read the script. I don't know anything about it," she said. Meanwhile, Alba is currently expecting her first child with boyfriend Cash Warren and also disclosed that she is nervous at the thought of breastfeeding her baby. However, she is not in a hurry to get back into shape like many celebrity mums. "I try and eat healthy as possible, because it's good for the baby, exercise, as long as I don't gain too much too fast- that's the key," said Jessica in an interview with Extra.

Jessica Alba has refused to strip off and bare her baby bump on magazine covers. The actress has turned down three offers to show off her baby bump in revealing magazine photoshoots. She didn't want to follow in the footsteps of Demi Moore and Britney Spears who have shown off their pregnant bellies to the world.
